014 - A Meal on Sunrise

Haha, suddenly I felt like bringing up something about cooking. and for I'm just a student with just access to a water heater, this meal is perfect for hostel students to have a great breakfast to start the day. and it's not that hard to do.

Ingredients for a serving of 4

2 eggs
1/8 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/8 onion, finely chopped
20 ml mayonnaise
salt to taste
3/8 dash hot pepper sauce or chilli sauce should do good
paprika, for garnish (negligible)

1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
2.Remove from hot water, cool and peel.
3.Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash together with celery, onion, mayonnaise,    salt and hot pepper sauce.
4.Stuff the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle eggs with paprika. Chill covered in the refrigerator until serving.
5.And there you go, ready to enjoy~!
Estimate preparation and cooking time, 30minutes.
